Coca Cola introduces new Frozen bottles in Colombia

Monday, June 24, 2013 · Category Economy · comments 0

Soft drinks manufacturer Coca-Cola in Colombia comes with a very cool innovation: bottles made of ice. The drink is fresh and melts the bottle afterwards so there is no waste remains. Handy for events.

According to the video below (in Spanish) the bottles are made of ice that does not melt immediately in your hands or sticks. Weather conditions and possible health problems can be standing in the way for a rapid international rollout of the frozen bottles. So basically the Colombians are used as test persons?

Nevertheless, it is a cool experiment. Literally and figuratively.
