Resolution 1973 Libya: 100 million a day in taxpayers money

In Europe people are suffering and struggling to make ends meet. Gas and Oil prices have skyrocketed to new recordlevels at the gas station. 5 to 6 EU-members have trouble raising capital. All EU-members need to take drastic cut-back measures in government spending. Britisch Defense budget will be cut by 20%. Asking our respective governments to limit the maximum amount of gasoil prices at the gas station is a no go, so what we do? We go to fight another war in Libya, costing us approximately 100 million euro a day.

Libya 2011: UNSC resolution 1973 without a goal

So finally after 42 years in power even longsitter Muammar Gaddafi is facing his final days. The West has condemned, loved and done a lot of business with a man thougth to be responsible of the very long list of acts and crimes against humanity. Where other North-African revolts where going quit smooth, Gaddafi wanted nothing of this and just send in one of his most aggresive sons to battle the insurgants.

Montenegro accepted as a EU-candidate member | I can't believe it

Montenegro is really a beautiful place; a small pearl on the Balkans; once in the 1970's and 1980's it was the second "Costa Smeralda" in the Medditerean. It lost it's attraction during the Balkan wars of the 90's and was completely neglected by the EU-members, yet adopted by the Russians. Declared independent from Serbia on the 6th of June 2006.
