"Have a nice day!" Chris Christie

With the probable suspencion of the Chris Christie campaign after his lower-than-expected 5th place and a less than 10% of voters finish in New Hampshire, the Republican Presidential primaries are losing, whom I regarded one of the best potential candidates. A flamboyant man, controversial at times, with the right experience and a lot of common sense.

Putting Rubio in place

I believe this was definately his biggest achievement and best performance. Though he comes out a bit bullish I kind of like the type of candidate who is down to earth, into a joke when talking about his obesity and full of outright experience for the job in the highest office. I guess the attacks on Rubio, well placed and correct, just helped America understand that the lovely Rubio is just a shallow and hollow candidate. He probably helped the other governors to drive back into the race, but for most of the Republicans, I guess his honesty and loud voice just don't cut it.

Rubio is a robot. Slick, young and charismatic, but I hope for America as a whole, he will not be the Republican nominee. He is not at the right place in the right time. Maybe later when he is more mature.

Chris and "The Boss"

Chris has seen the Boss perform for over a hundred times, yet when asked about his favorite song, he came up with "Bon Jovi; Have a nice day". I can picture him suspending his campaign: "When the world gets in my face, I say, have a nice day". My pick for Chris.

Predictions after New Hampshire 2016?

Half a year ago I could have imagined a Presendential race between Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton. Now I am not so sure anymore. Jeb is a smart guy, a favorite son-in-law, but Jeb has to go. Hillary, well I guess she could be a great President when elected, but to get there you need to entice your audience. Being the first potential female President just doesn't cut it anymore. You need simple slogans. Clarity. Instead, when I look at a Hillary campaign performance I feel like listening to a President explaining us how a small change can take place and which steps need to be taken to get there. It takes ages to explain. Bill knew better: "It's the economy, stupid".

"Vice-President Christie" endorses Trump

1/ Trump will most likely be the GOP nominee. (The math is close to conclusive.) Christie, like most successful politicians, is a pragmatist, not an idealist. And, for him, this was the most pragmatic move.

2/ By making his endorsement public prior to Super Tuesday, Christie will keep a profile on the national stage. Remember his Govermentship of the Garden state ends in 2017. If not VP there are other opportunities on a potential Trump Government.

3/ Christie really hates both Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.

4/ He has known Trump for several years where he has been working with him closely. Standard political rhetoric but coming from Christie it sounds better.
