After having tried such Latin dances as Bachata, Salsa, and Merengue mostly throughout the years I lived in the Carribean, I believe Tango is one of the most fascinating of all dances. In september I found myself a course close to home on one of my free weekly evenings and so I started to Tango. The following videos are an excellent reminder.

When you start of dancing Tango you realise once again that it first takes to learn the techniques. By the time you feel confident enough and you have practised a little in the Tango saloons you get a grip of the different styles but most of all; the passion and rythm. Tango lessons 21 to 36: The professional techniques

By the time I get to this level I may be some years from now unless .... I keep to Tango on a weekly basis or even better; twice to three times a week. Watching others and than trying yourself teaches you much of the combination of using technique in conjunction with the music itself. You get to start listening to the music and you don't have to worry about the steps no more.
