On Monday morning we started of from Thessaloniki to Ouranoupolis on the early morning busride from the busstation "KTEL-Halkidiki". From there we boarded the ferry "AGIOS PANTELEIMON" which leaves around 09:45 hours.

First impressions from Mount Athos

The boattrip to Dafne takes about two hours making several stops along the way. Our first stop was the Russian Orthodox Monastry of Pandeleimonos. My first impression from Mount Athos "view from the ferry boat".
